  Lemang
                                  

Bamboo cylinder or "lemang" is a traditional dish that is liked by many. Bamboo cylinder is sold throughout the year, especially when it's more popular festivals like Eid and al-Adha. Usually we eat with the shady bamboo cylinder or "rendang".


     Roti canai

                               

Bread roller or better known as roti canai was quite popular among Malaysians. It is eaten with curry sauce or gravy dal but more delicious when we enter floss meat / chicken in gravy .

                                           
Nasi lemak




Nasi Lemak also among the popular, there is rice, chicken fat, meat, fish, eggs, squid and shellfish.


     Curry mee
                                   



              Curry mee is a dish that is unique to Malaysia, usually made up of thin yellow egg noodles / string thin mee-hon ( rice vermicelli ) with spicy curry soup, chilli /sambal, coconut milk and a choice of dried tofu, prawns, cuttlefish, chicken, egg and mint leaves. In certain places in Southeast Asia, especially southern Malaysia and Singapore, it is called Curry Laksa (Malay: Laksa Kari)
